
PANCHKARMA
Panchkarma present a unique approach of ayurveda with specially designed five procedures of internaticl purification of the body through the nearest possible route.
Such purification allows the biological system to return to homeostasis and rejuvenate rapidly and also facilitates the desired pharmaco therapeutic effects of medicines administered thereafter.
It is a pro motive, preventive, and curative procedure. ‘panca’ means five and ‘karma’ means action or therapy. So pancakarma means five actions or therapies.

BASTI ( ENEMA THERAPY)
Basti is an enemy of herbal oil or decoctions used in ayurveda.
Basti is one of the five main procedure of panchkarma and it is used to treat vata disorder of joints and muscles and to stop degeneration in joint and muscles caused by predominant vata.
According to ayurveda, In the stage of samprapti(ayurvedic pathogenesis) vata fist accumulate in the colon and then as it begin to spread and create imbalanced vata in other susceptible pats of the body.

Administration of herbs by the route of nasal cavity is known as a Nasya in Ayurveda.
Nasya has been a proven effective therapy for congestion, allergies, sinusitis, headache, rhinitis and other nasal infections.
Nasya cleanse, purify and strengthen the nasal cavity.
Nasya is greatly beneficial in CNS disorders, facial palsy, cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, alopecia, sinusitis, migraine , convulsions, eyes and ear disease.



JANU BASTI
Janu basti stops or prolonged the degenerative changes in knee joint by pacifying aggravated vata dosha.
It nourishes and strengthens the knee joint by increase blood circulation on knee joint and surrounding area.
It increases the mobility of the knee joint by restoring the lubricating fluid in the joint.
This therapy is recommended in osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and chronic pain and stiffness of knee joint.
